right...still having the problem on blogspot and i cant comment on blogs BUT heres the MEL script for parenting ur joints to nurbs curves:

parent -add -shape nurbsCircleshape3 FK_left_wrist

this is just an example...obv ur MEL will be different according to 

A. what your circle shape is called

B. What your joint is called
